I-CEPS 2025 Registration

Full registration

  • Receive access to all live and recorded presentations (keynotes, symposia, papers, panel discussions, etc.) across four days (4-7 June, 2025)

    • This includes access to Parent Day on June 7th.

  • Direct contact with presenters and attendees in dedicated discussion forums and meeting rooms.

  • Network with parenting support professionals both internationally and across fields (research, practice, policy, etc.)

  • Access to dedicated Action Circle workshops.

  • View presentation recordings OnDemand through the virtual platform for up to two months post-Congress.

  • Access to information about out supporters and opportunities to meet representatives in the virtual exhibition hall.

  • Price for Australian residents: $360AUD + relevant tax

  • Price for international attendees: $240USD

Student registration

  • Students and low to middle-income attendees are provide full access at half price (see details above)

  • Low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification (click here for more information).

  • The student classification refers only to full-time students at the time of the Congress. If you are a student, please register with your student email.

  • Price for Australian residents: $180AUD + relevant tax

  • Price for international attendees: $120USD

Parent Day registration

  • Receive access to all presentations held on our dedicated Parent Day (June 7th, 2025).

  • Attend inspirational guest speaker presentations, join skill building and advocacy workshops, and arrange meetings with parenting program representatives.

  • Connect with leading professionals in the field of evidence-based parenting support.

  • Price for Australian residents: $20AUD + relevant tax

  • Price for international attendees: $13.50USD

Be a part of the global community. The I-CEPS brings together professionals in all fields of parenting support from around the world. Meet and learn from parenting researchers, practitioners, policy makers, etc., and contribute to a global effort to improve access for all families to effective parenting support.

Take learnings and commitments from the Congress and translate them into local learning collaboratives and research projects. Action Circles will be a crucial first step in developing the networks required to collectively advocate for policy change and improved parenting services.

Payment Methods

All registrations will include relevant local charges and taxes. We accept payment via card, Apple Pay, After Pay and select bank redirect platforms (Bancontact, EPS, Giropay and iDEAL).

 

If you would like to arrange a group invoice, please contact i-ceps@pafra.org. You will need to provide the following details:

  • Organisation name and address

  • The number and type of registrations you wish to purchase

Once your registration has been processed, receipt of payment will be emailed to you. All Congress payments must be received before the event.

Terms and Conditions

Refund policy

Registration cancellations received by 21 May 2025 will be accepted and fees refunded. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration or ticket to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing before the Congress. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

Use of personal information
Information collected in the I-CEPS 2025 Registration Form will only be used for the following purposes: (i) planning the I-CEPS 2025; (ii) processing and managing your registration and associated administration including correspondence with you; and (iii) analysis of attendance for evaluation purposes.

I-CEPS contact list
The Parenting and Family Research Alliance (PAFRA) seeks to include each Congress delegate’s name, affiliation and contact details in the Contacts Database to enable dissemination of information about the forthcoming International Congress on Evidence-based Parenting Support (I-CEPS).
